Kursaal Congress Centre

The San Marino Congress Centre, which saw the light in 1949-50, was built as a gaming room and for the various worldly, sport and cultural events. Closed the casino since August 1951, the Building was destined to different functions and reached high levels of activity and international prestige above all as a place of conference and cultural activities.
The Congress Palace stands in a truly enviable position: it is located close to the old town centre, easy to reach on foot among natural routes of considerable environmental value, it stands in a peaceful area surrounded by small oak woods and a maquis of Mediterranean flora, it has plenty of parking space and the beauty of its panorama over the Marche-Romagna hinterland and the Adriatic Riviera is unique.
After an important restoration work, the new structure is a modern Centre providing a complete range of professional and technologically advanced services, able to satisfy even the most demanding congress requirements.
There are various types and sizes of hall, with seating capacities ranging from 20 to 361, structured and furnished to allow flexible use solutions for different occasions, and to better adapt to the requirements of organisers increasingly attentive to image, new communication systems and to the spectacular aspect of an event. Special attention was addressed to plant engineering, a sector characterised by rapid, on -going development. The halls are equipped with high-tech sound video and translation systems, interlinked to handle activities running simultaneously.
